The Feldenkrais Method® is an approach to learning and action, through the medium of movement.
This workshop will give you an understanding of what the Feldenkrais Method is and how it is practiced. We will focus on being present in our bodies by using gentle and enjoyable movement to relax the nervous system and open up new flexibility in action, thinking and creativity. There will also be a brief discussion of the basic principles of the method and how they are implemented in both group classes and one-on-one sessions.
